In this role, the successful individual will protect Brivo’s critical information, systems, assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy. As the IT Help Desk Technician, your primary focus will be performing day-to-day maintenance and repairs, including software and computer installations and upgrades, security maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and technical support for all users and projects of the organization.
